Christian Morales Reyes, CPA
Managing Member and CEO
Christian brings over 15 years of experience in assurance, accounting consultation, and business advisory services across various industries. He began his career at a Big Four accounting firm, where he rose to Audit Senior Manager and held leadership roles within the Audit Practice Internal Inspection Team, the U.S. National Office, and the Americas Center of Excellence. He later served as Audit Senior Manager at an international accounting firm and was selected to participate in the AICPA’s Dynamic Audit Solutions (DAS) project. Christian then transitioned into industry as Corporate Controller and Head of Accounting for a publicly traded social media and content development company. He has worked extensively with both private and public companies on audits, IPO readiness, implementation of accounting standards, internal controls, and M&A transactions. He also advises business owners on maintaining financial records, tax compliance, and represents clients before the IRS and state tax authorities.
Christian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with majors in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Puerto Rico. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, Illinois, and Puerto Rico, and is a member of the AICPA and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is the Managing Member of CMR Capital LLC, a private investment firm providing capital and strategic support to businesses in industries including wine, fashion, and imports. Dedicated to community service, Christian currently serves as President of the Greater Miami Dog Club, where he has also held roles as Treasurer and Vice President. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Angel Morales Martinez Foundation, a nonprofit supporting educational initiatives for underserved communities.

Michelle Marty Rivera, Esq
Michelle M. Marty Rivera, Esq. is an experienced attorney specializing in immigration and tax law, with a focus on resolving complex personal and business tax matters before the IRS and state tax authorities. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including wage garnishments, complex installment agreements, offers in compromise, and penalty abatement. Her dual expertise in tax and immigration law allows her to approach sensitive legal issues with both technical skill and strategic insight.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves on the AILA South Florida Media Advocacy Committee. She is also a founding member of Estrada-Marty, LLC, an immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.
Michelle is a Member and the Director of Tax Representation at CMR Accounting Solutions, where she leads the firm’s efforts in representing clients before tax authorities. She is also a Founder and Member of CMR Capital LLC, a private investment firm supporting businesses across industries, and a Founder and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Angel Morales Martinez Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting educational initiatives and underserved communities.
